J-Term 2010
SUNY Fredonia Students and Visiting Students register for J-Term 2010 through different procedures. Please read the instructions below and pay particular attention to the dates.
| Oct 12 - Dec 3 |
Web Registration: SUNY Fredonia students eligible to register for Spring 2010 are automatically eligible to participate in Web registration for J-Term. Web registration and Web payments can be made through "Your Connection" at https://connect.fredonia.edu/yourconnection. Payment of tuition and fees MUST be made upon successful registration to avoid being dropped from classes. Web registration closes on December 3. Mail-in Registration: Visiting students may register by mail by first visiting www.fredonia.edu/lifelong/jterm and downloading the registration form. Mail-in registrations must include complete payment and documentation of college coursework (advisor's or registrar's signature). Mail-in registrations must be received by December 3. |
| Dec 8 | Course cancellations (if necessary) will be announced. |
| Dec 8 - Dec 23 | In-Person Registration. Please visit the Registrar's Office on the first floor of Reed Library. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Please Note: Campus offices will be closed beginning at the close of business on Wednesday, December 23, 2009 and will reopen on Monday, January 4, 2010. |
| Jan 3 | Students enrolled in J-Term may move into campus housing after 9 a.m. |
| Jan 4 | First day of J-Term. |
| Jan 5 | Drop deadline and last day to apply for Pass/Fail option. |
| Jan 8 | Final day to withdraw from courses - $20 fee - no refund. |
| Jan 8 | Degree application deadline for J-Term degree conferral. Please note: All course work MUST be completed no later than January 15, 2010 to qualify for J-Term graduation. |
| Jan 15 | Final exams and last day of classes. |
| Jan 19 | Final exams and last day of classes in the event of a snow day. |
The State University of New York at Fredonia reserves the right to cancel any course for which the enrollment is deemed insufficient or for other administrative reasons. The University also reserves the right to change faculty assignments and therefore cannot guarantee students the faculty of their choice.
