When requesting an audition date, please be sure to indicate a back-up date in case your preferred date is full.

Request an audition date (see deadlines) and pay the audition fee online (with credit card or check), using our secure system. This is the fastest way to submit your audition request to the School of Music.

If you would prefer to request an audition by mail, use the Mail-In Undergraduate Audition Request Form (PDF) and Confidential Letter of Recommendation Form (PDF), and return to: Auditions Coordinator, SUNY Fredonia School of Music, Fredonia, NY 14063.

Please note: There are two parts to the Admissions Process for Music Majors: All individuals must successfully complete the Audition Process AND be accepted by the University's Admissions Office.
