Purpose

To recruit, enroll, and retain a diverse student body in SUNY's graduate and professional programs.

Eligibility

Students who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents, including Native Americans, accepted to full-time graduate or professional degree study at any of the participating SUNY colleges may be eligible for a Fellowship and Full Waiver of Tuition.

General Information

Fields leading to the master's or doctorate degree are covered by the fellowship. Each campus designates a liaison; a listing is provided by SUNY upon request. Application information can be requested from participating campuses.

Awards

Awards range from $7,500 - $10,000 plus a graduate tuition scholarship granted annually to new students. (Individual awards may vary.)

Deadlines

Graduate admissions and Fellowship applications vary by campus.
