Purpose |
The Native American Journalists Association awards scholarships annually to Native American college students majoring in journalism or mass communications. |
Eligibility |
NAJA member enrolled in an accredited school and studying journalism and/or communications; Member of a federally or state recognized tribe. |
General Information |
Scholarship designed to cover books, tuition, and other education costs for NAJA members. NAJA student membership are $10 (high school) and $20 (college.) Membership and Scholarship Applications available on web site. |
Awards |
Range from $500 - $5,000 depending upon availability of funds. |
