Availability

IBM hosts an annual Native American focused Project View recruitment event, generally held in early January in Albuquerque, NM; however, Project View and the sign up process are on-gong throughout the Academic Year.

Eligibility

Open to Native American college students, graduates, professional hires and experienced candidates pursing or currently holding a BA, BS, MS or Ph.D. interested in internship, co-op and permanent employment opportunities with IBM. U. S. citizen or national.

Information

Project View is a diversity recruitment program offering an opportunity to explore IBM's national career options; it is well respected by the IBM management team. Selection based on work experience and overall academic achievement. During the last four years, 80% of IBM's Native American hires are Project View Alumni. Information available on website.
