Eligibility

Established to support Native American women artists at the Indian Arts Research Center. The award is offered in the winter to a woman who excels in the visual, written, or performing arts.

Information

Established in 2001, the Dobkin Fellowship supports an individual to realize personal goals in growth, enhancement, excellence, and artistic achievement. During residency, artist will engage in special project where the spirit of learning, discovery, and passion are transformed into art and artist is encouraged to pursue areas of artistic exploration.

Benefits/Award

Financial support; Residence and Studio for the duration of the fellowship; Public reception and exhibition of work; Artwork created during project will be added to the School's collection.

Deadline

November 15.

Required Documentation

Complete Application Packet, including details about work, background training, and a well-developed proposal for a project to complete during the fellowship.
