Eligibility

Open to students in their third year of law school.

Information

Student may work either for financial compensation or school credit. Paid positions are part time (20 hrs/wk) for students at school located near one of NARF's three offices. School credit positions are either full or part time and are open to students nationwide whose law schools offer educational credit for work programs. Each NARF office selects its own clerks.

Deadline

School Year Clerkship appointments are made on a rolling basis; however it is highly desirable to have a clerkship arranged in the Spring for the Fall Semester and in the Fall for a Spring semester.
