The special free screening in Rosch Recital Hall on Sept. 28 at 6:30 p.m. will be hosted by Drs. Joni Milgram-Lutherman and Kay Stonefelt, and the Fredonia Music Therapy Club. The public is welcome to attend the free event.

Following the film will be a question and answer session and performance with Sharon Katz, founder of The Peace Train project and South African music therapist and musician. “When Voices Meet,” is set in South Africa, during a civil war before the election of Nelson Mandela as president. The film tells the story of the power of music to break through apartheid's barriers and carry Mandela's vision of a non-racial democracy forward into a new South Africa.
