Busy summer in academic arena for McFall

Dr. Joseph McFall

Department of Psychology professor Dr. Joseph McFall and student co-author, Jacob Abraham, ’16, presented a paper, “There's No Time Like the Present: ‘Presentism’ Outweighs ‘Future Anhedonia’ in Explaining Affective Forecasting Errors,” as the 28th Annual Convention of the Association for Psychological Science in Chicago.

The convention assembles psychological researchers and academics for a program that covers the wide spectrum of innovative research in psychological science.

Dr. McFall also attended the Association of American Colleges and Universities Institute on General Education and Assessment, as well as the International Conference on Cognitive Modeling at Penn State University. Additionally, he served on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Adult Development and reviewed papers for The International Journal of Aging and Human Development.
