"Happiness is not a luxury -
it is a mission critical work ethic."
Optimistic employees are 31% more productive, take fewer sick days, achieve higher
sales and make more money. They perform more accurately on tasks and think smarter.
Yet, it's not this success that makes them happy. In fact, it's the other way around:
happiness comes first, leading to greater success—for themselves, their workgroups
and their organizations.
The Professional Development Center is pleased to bring The Happiness Advantage to
the Fredonia campus. We are currently offering two methods of engaging members of
the campus community, through a book club and workshops.

All materials will be provided for the participants.
We will meet on the following dates, from 10:00-11:00am in the PDC Lounge, 126 Reed
Library: 1/27, 2/24, 3/24, 4/14, and 5/5.
