General description of project: Located on a busy thoroughfare (Old Main Drive) at the center of Fredonia's 249-acres, the new Residence Hall/Auxiliary Services Complex will meet the demands of expanding enrollment and the campus's growing summer business as a center for residential conferences. Plans call for building a four-story addition to the existing two-story Cranston Dining Center, which was completed in 1961. The original two-story structure will be remodeled and renovated to encompass a marché dining facility, bookstore, bookstore café, and convenience store, as well as FSA Food Service, Catering and Special Events offices.
