 Turn of the Screw art

Turn of the Screw
Tuesday, March 307 at 8 p.m.
King Concert Hall
The astonishing dramatic power of Benjamin Britten’s chamber opera Turn of the Screw comes to life. Based on Henry James’ novel, it tells of a young governess who finds herself in a battle with evil spirits in an attempt to save the children she has been hired to care for. It is regarded by many as the finest of all Britten’s stage-works. WNYCO brings its season to a dramatic close with a staged performance of this theatrical masterpiece.
