Accessibility for Arts Events

 Special Services provided for our patrons with disabilities include the following:

Parking
Reserved parking for vehicles with handicapped hang tags or plates is available in all of our parking lots, however, the closest ones to Rockefeller Art Center are on Symphony Circle at the front of the building and at the northwest corner of Marvel Theater.

The Art Gallery
Is wheelchair accessible. A unisex wheelchair accessible rest room is now available on the main floor.

King Concert Hall Is wheelchair accessible. Please request wheelchair seating when purchasing your ticket. A unisex, wheelchair accessible rest room is available behind the coat room in the outer lobby.

Marvel Theatre
Is wheelchair accessible. Please request wheelchair seating when purchasing your ticket. A unisex, wheelchair accessible rest room is available to the left of the box office. Listening assistive devices for the hearing impaired are available at no charge. Please ask an usher or house manager for assistance. Four reserved parking spaces for vehicles with handicapped hang tags or plates are available at the northwest corner of Marvel Theatre.

Bartlett Theatre
Is wheelchair accessible, via elevator. The entrance for patrons in wheelchairs will be the same as the regular Bartlett Theatre entrance. Patrons in wheelchairs will need to use the exterior ramp on the corner of the building facing Maytum Hall.

Large Print Programs
and other accommodations are available by advance arrangement. Please call us at 716-673-3501 one to two weeks before your visit to make arrangements.
