Architectural Design Partners

The Rockefeller Arts Center Addition and Renovation Project has been designed by Deborah Berke Partners of New York City.  Among other projects, DBP is noted for their public and institutional work on the Bard College Conservatory of Music, the Marlboro College Serkin Center, and the Yale University of School of Art.  Commercial work includes the 21c Museum Hotel in Louisville, the James Hotel Chicago, the Marianne Boesky Gallery, and the Burton Snowboards stores among others. The firm is also well known for a variety of private houses as well as apartment, penthouse, and loft interiors.  In Western New York, DBP serves as the Design Architect for the Richardson Olmsted Complex in Buffalo.

General Contractor

Northland Associates, Inc. of Liverpool, NY was selected through a selective bid process to provide general construction services and management of sub-contractors for the project. Rich Capirci serves as the Project Manager.

Project Management

Construction management for the addition and renovation is provided by Campus Construction Management Group of Pittsford, NY.  To date, the firm has been instrumental in creating a workable timeline from the early planning stages through to project closeout.  The firm will maintain an on-site office to follow day-to-day operations of the construction.
