Diplomas are given to students who have completed all degree requirements and who have been approved by their academic department(s) and by the Office of the Registrar. There is no charge for the initial diploma, which is MAILED to the student on approximately these dates:
May diplomas are mailed by August 30th
August diplomas are mailed by October 30th
December diplomas are mailed by February 28th
Replacement Diplomas
Replacement diplomas can be ordered ONLY by the individual graduate. The charge for a replacement diploma is $10.00; check or money order should be payable to SUNY Fredonia. Complete and submit this form to: Office of the Registrar, Reed Library, SUNY Fredonia, Fredonia, NY 14063
