Enrollment Verification

SUNY Fredonia is a participant in the National Student Clearinghouse, a non-profit organization serving the higher education community.

Through their Student Self-Service website, the Clearinghouse provides free enrollment certificates and other enrollment verification information for all SUNY Fredonia Students. Students have access to this website via Your Connection.

Simply log into Your Connection, using your User I.D. and PIN, and

• click on "Student Services, Financial Aid, Residence Life"

• click on "Enrollment Verifications through National Student Clearinghouse" (highlighted in blue at the top of the web page)
• click on "Obtain an Enrollment Certificate" and select either "current enrollment" or "all enrollment"
• print the certificate!

PLEASE NOTE: The "anticipated date of graduation" on this form is a calculated field, that adds one additional year, in the event it takes a student longer to complete his/her Fredonia degree.  We want our students to be covered for insurance, and not go into loan re-payment, until after graduation.  As soon as a student applies for his/her degree, the date becomes the true anticipated degree date.
