Living Learning Communities

Living Learning Communities Interest Form

The four communities – Sustainability House, Honors House, Health & Wellness House, Cross-Cultural House – for first-year students (Freshmen) offer opportunities to share common interests with other students and faculty advisors. Students from any major live together in designated suites of Hemingway Hall, with a common space for each living learning community. Although each community includes men and women, suites are single-gender. In addition to regular residence hall programming, students who choose these living learning communities have special programs, activities, and occasional meals together. These programs have their own faculty advisors in addition to residence hall staff which provide an extra support system during the transition to college life.

*Please Note: There are a limited number of spaces for each of the communities and participants will be housed in Hemingway Hall only.
