Residential Building FREDcard Door Access

Residential FredCard Door Access Services include the planning, designing, programming and maintaining the Fredcard door access control system.  SUNY Fredonia utilizes many layers of both transparent and visible security measures across campus that includes a full-time State University Police Office that has the capability to remotely monitor electronic systems such as the Fredcard door access control, video surveillance management and fire alarm systems.  

Call boxes located near exterior residence hall doors enable students that don't have access to the given building to call the front desk or a student residing in the residence hall, to come and let them in. There is also a large red emergency button on each phone which calls directly to the University Police Department.
