ROOM RATES FOR 2013 - 2014

STANDARD ROOM (Double Occupancy)

       $3,425 per semester   ($6,850 per year)

SINGLE OCCUPANCY IN DOUBLE ROOM

       $4,450 per semester  ($8,900 per year)

 KITCHEN SUITE (Double Occupancy)

       $3,775 per semester  ($7,550 per year)

UNIVERSITY COMMONS (Double Occupancy) 

      $3,650 per semester  ($7,300 per year)

UNIVERSITY COMMONS (Single)

      $4,750 per semester  ($9,500 per year)

Instructions for Paying Your Housing Deposit Online

The Student Accounts Office is very pleased to provide you with the enhanced online features now available through Your Connection.  Among these features, is the ability to pay your Housing Deposit electronically; just follow the steps below and you can avoid standing in line.

1. Log on to Your Connection.
2. Select “Make Payments Online” under the Student Services, Financial Aid, Residence Life title.
3. Select “Pay Deposits”.
4. A new page will open requesting that you select “I Agree” to be directed to our secure partner’s (TouchNet) site.
5. You will automatically be logged into TouchNet’s site where you select the “Deposits” tab along the top.
6. Select the term (i.e. “Fall 2009” ).
7. Then select “Housing Deposit”.
8. Now click on “Make Deposit Payment”.
9. With the drop down box, choose your method of payment (check or credit card).
10. Enter the requested information and select continue.  Note that you can save your payment method for future use.
11. Select “Submit Payment”.
12. Now you should see the Payment Confirmation page and an email will be generated to your Fredonia email account.  Please make sure that you print a copy of the Payment Confirmation and bring it to room selection.

WOW, that’s it…you’re done and ready for room selection.  The best part is you didn’t have to stand in line!!
