Little Sibling's Weekend 2008
Little Sibling's Weekend is an activity-filled weekend event sponsored by the Office of Residence Life. Fredonia State students can host up to three brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins or friends (ages 6-16 years). Guests arrive on campus Friday evening, Febuary 29th and stay until Sunday afternoon, March 2nd. Transportation to campus is not provided. A $7 per child pre-registration fee is all that is required to participate in the weekend's events.
Meal plans are available specifically for Little Siblings Weekend.
What Types of Activities are planned?
Each residence hall plans events for the weekend. Little siblings are given a schedule and an I.D. card which allows them to participate in any activity they choose. Last year's most popular events were: T-shirt Dying, Ice Cream Social, Buffalo Zoo-mobile, swimming and "Carnival Night" at the dance.
Why Fill Out the Attached Forms?
Once the form is completed, with a check, your child(ren) will be registered for the weekend. Additional information is available on this website to order this year's LSW 2008 t-shirt and meal tickets. Also found on this website are the swim consent waiver and the required medical/consent form. If this form is not filled out in time, in-person registration is required on Friday, Febuary 29th between 5-8 p.m. in the Main Lobby of Gregory Hall. The in-person registration is $10.00. T-shirts may not be available at in-person registration... so send your form in TODAY!!
