New Student Housing Information

Welcome to Fredonia and to on-campus living!  Beginning in mid-April we will begin the New Student housing assignment process.  If you have paid your deposit to Fredonia you will be sent the Housing Application and License packet to your permanent home address.  This packet will include directions to go on-line to fill out the housing application, a housing information sheet and the housing license (please keep for your records).  It is important that you read all the materials thoroughly and follow the instructions carefully.  Once you submit your application we will process it for an assignment.  All housing assignments and roommate information will be mailed the week of August 1, 2014.

Regardless of class standing, all students in their first two years post high school are required to live on campus.  All students living on campus sign a license agreement for the space, not a specified room.  Students will be released from agreement upon withdrawal from the University, marriage or situations beyond a student's control.  The Housing License is for an entire academic year and cannot be canceled during this period as long as the student is registered. There will be a $350.00 fee for approved terminations of the Housing License.
