This new facility is located on a busy thoroughfare (Old Main Drive) at the center of Fredonia's 249-acres. The new Residence Hall/Auxiliary Services Complex will meet the demands of expanding enrollment and the campus's growing summer business as a center for residential conferences. The new facility is a four-story addition to the existing two-story Cranston Dining Center, which was completed in 1961. The original two-story a marche dining facility, bookstore, Starbucks cafe, and convenience store, as well as FSA Food Service. The Residence Hall will consist of 124-premium spaces, featuring private and semi-private rooms.
