The student activity fee is $80.25/semester. It is combined with the transportation fee, which is $10.50/semester. This is a mandatory fee that each student attending SUNY Fredonia pays. This money support over 120 student groups on campus affiliated with the Student Association. In addition to this, the student activity fee goes to pay for several services that are available to each student on campus.

• Off-Campus Housing: The Housing Registry service is provided free of charge to SUNY Fredonia students, faculty, and professional staff who are interested in off-campus living in the local community. Landlords and Rental Agents who desire to advertise their units or rooms to students, faculty, and staff contract with the service provider to include their rental information on the website.
   

  Current Students, Faculty, and Professional Staff: click on the "Search For Housing and Roommates" link above. Access is restricted to currently enrolled students and active faculty and professional staff. You must use your SUNY Fredonia email address (ending in "fredonia.edu") as your login. Please follow the instructions on the Login page to receive a new password by email. This password is different than the one you use for your email account. Once you are logged in, you will be able to search current off-campus housing listings and connect with other students who are seeking roommates. If you don't find what you are looking for you can register your search in the Waiting List to be notified by email when new rentals are posted. Further instructions for more detailed oriented searches can be found by clicking the "User's Guide" menu button once you are logged in.
  Landlords and Rental Agents: click on the "Post Your Rental" link to post, modify, or remove your rental information. This service is provided by a contractor who charges a small fee. For questions about listings or payments please DO NOT CALL OUR OFFICE, click on the "Post Your Rental" link and then select "Help Desk" from The Housing Registry menu.
  New Students, Faculty and Staff without a SUNY Fredonia email account: students who have been accepted to SUNY Fredonia and prospective faculty and staff members can review the current rental market. Just click on the "Post Your Rental" link and then select "View Rental List" from The Housing Registry menu.

• Legal Service: Do you have legal problems? Did you have a dispute with your landlord or a run-in with the local police? Then you need legal advice! Call the Student Association and make an appointment with the Student Association Lawyer. This service is free to all fee paying students and totally confidential.
• Bus Service: The Student Association offers free local bus transportation to all fee paying students during the academic year. The bus makes stops throughout the local community including right outside of the Williams Center. Bus schedules are available in the Student Assoication Office, the Campus Life Office and also on the bus. • Bail Service: The Student Association offers bail service to all SUNY Fredonia students. Funding for this service comes from a voluntarily funded account and not from your activity fee. There is a fee of $10.00 plus 3% of the bail charge. Bail loans cannot exceed $500.00 and will not be granted for a student against student crime. If you need this service inform the local police that you are a Fredonia student and you need information about the bail service. They will contact the Student Association bail officer or the General Manager.
