The Budget and Appropriations Committee (B&A Committee) is a group of ten members that is chaired by the Comptroller of the Association. It meets once a week to discuss financial releases that Student Association groups request. They provide the General Assembly with a recommendation for the groups that request money.
Meeting Time: Tuesdays at 5:00pm in G141 William Center

Some questions asked of groups at B&A meetings:
- What are you going to use the money for?
If the money is needed for equipment: - Where will the equipment be kept?
If the money is needed for an event or trip: - How many people will be at the event?
- How will you advertise the event?
- Is the event open to the whole campus?
- What is the date of the event?
- Where will it be taking place?
- Are students paying anything to participate in the event?
Be sure that whoever attends the B&A meeting requesting funds is educated as to what the money will be used for.
