Sig Ep is at the cutting edge of leadership development at the State University of Fredonia. Sigma Phi Epsilon offers each member the chance to be leader. In fact, the structure of the fraternity is designed to mold men into leaders through offices such as the chapter president, four vice presidents, intramural athletics programmer, social programmers, and philanthrophy programming. Outside of Sig Ep, brothers are traditionally involved on campus. Sig Eps are in, and hold leadership positions in many campus organizations such as Student Leaders, Intramural Supervisors, Orientation leaders, Resident Advisors, Interfraternal Council, and a plethora of others.
