Undergraduate Audition Request Form and Application Materials
UNDERGRADUATE ADMISSIONS
Before requesting an audition date, please read specific undergraduate audition requirements for your instrument/voice.
Individuals interested in auditioning for admission to an Undergraduate program must submit an Audition Request Form (including Applicant Information section), TWO (2) confidential letters of recommendation (completed by your music teachers, returned to you in sealed envelopes, and included when you mail your audition application), and the non-refundable $15 audition fee.
