Registration Directions

Dear band student and parents or guardians,

Set on the beautiful campus of SUNY Fredonia and housed in the college's School of Music, the Fredonia Summer Band Camp offers a friendly and relaxed setting for the musical growth of students currently enrolled in grades 8 through 12. All students are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The success of The Fredonia Summer Band Camp depends on balanced instrumentation (flutes, oboes, clarinets, saxophones, bassoons, horns, trumpets, trombones, baritones/ euphoniums, tubas and percussion), and for this reason reserves the right to limit the number of participants on certain instruments. To guarantee your spot, be sure to mail the registration materials and deposit as soon as possible. Some students may have to be wait-listed and this will be done on a first-come, first-served basis. Those placed on a waiting list will be notified in writing. All others should consider themselves accepted to the camp, and know that we will be planning on your attendance.

Registration materials and payment in full are required by June 9. Click on the registration form below to download the registration materials in .pdf format, complete them fully, and mail them with your deposit to the address at the top of the forms. Registration Confirmation and Camp Information letters will be sent in the mail beginning March 1st, within four weeks of receipt of your materials and deposit.
