Eligibility Requirements
- New York State Resident
- 7th through 12th grade student
- Academic potential in high school math or science
- Native American Indian, Alaskan Native, Black, Hispanic, or Economically Disadvantaged
- Reside in Gowanda, Lake Shore, Silver Creek and/or Salamanca School District, or on Cattaraugus/Allegany Reservations
- College-bound with an interest in a career in science, technology, health, or a health-related area
Admission Procedures:
- Email Application Form
- Parent/Guardian signature for release of information
- Social Security Number or Tribal ID
- Income Documentation required for economically disadvantaged only (NYS Guidelines)
- Upon receiving application and income documentation (if needed) a letter to approve or deny will be mailed out
