Request a CDO Presentation

Please use this form to request a CDO presentation or workshop. There must be a minimum of 10 business days between the date you submit this request and the date of your workshop. We will work with you to schedule your request as close to your preferred date as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: Workshop START times are generally Monday - Friday between 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. We cannot guarantee staff availability for workshops requested outside of these time frames. Lunch hour requests are available!

Every effort should be made to provide an audience of at least 10 people. When possible, please consider partnering with other groups with similar interests.
