Homes 1910 to 1920
The steets between Cushing and Eagle were refered to as Little
Italy by residents in the Fredonia area. During this time frame it wasn't
uncommon to see large groups of Italians living together. Most non-Italians
wouldn't accept them into there neighborhoods or sell their homes to them,
which in a way forced them to live together. Most of Fredonia was
divided in to ethnic blocks during this era.
