Attention
New Spring Transfer Students:
Please review your credit evaluation and verify that we have awarded the
amount of credit you were expecting. The Registrar’s Office needs
to have official college transcripts and AP/CLEP exam results in order
to award credit. Students who have incomplete credit evaluations will be
notified to send us the appropriate materials. If we do not receive the
requested materials, your record will be placed on hold and you will not
be eligible to register for your fall classes. |
Address Check:
If you are living off campus, please make certain that the Registrar’s
Office has your local address on file. You can check to see what information
we have on file under “Your Connection.” If your local address
is not listed, please complete the “Address Change Form” in
the Registrar’s Office. |
Transfer
Credit Approval Forms
Returning students who took courses over the winter break at another college
and completed a transfer credit approval form, please remember to send
us your official college transcript. In addition, if you plan to take coursework
at another college over the summer break and transfer it back to Fredonia,
first stop by our office to complete a ‘Transfer Credit Approval
Form.” Save yourself time and money by getting the approval form
completed PRIOR to taking courses elsewhere. We have a list of course equivalencies
for several NY colleges on our Fredonia web page. Simply refer to the bold
section on our home page titled “Admission to Fredonia,” and
select “Transfer Credit Equivalencies.” Please call our office
at 673-3171 and ask for Kristin or Helen if you have any questions regarding
your evaluation, transfer credit, or issues related to transferring. We
may be reached via e-mail at the following addresses:
Kristin.Batt@fredonia.edu
Helen.Leysath@fredonia.edu
