Please review your credit evaluation and verify that we havethe amount of credit you were expecting. The Registrar’s Office needs to have official college transcripts and AP/CLEP exam results in order to award credit. Students who have incomplete credit evaluationsbeen to send us the appropriate materials. If we do not receive the requested materials, your record will be placed on hold and you will not be eligible to register for your fall classes.

Students who plan to take courses over the summer at another college and transfer the credit back to Fredonia need to complete a 'Transfer Credit Approval Form'.This form is available at the Registrar's Office in Maytum Hall. Students should complete this form PRIOR to taking courses elsewhere. This form guarantees thatcourses you take at another college will be accepted at Fredonia. Once you complete your courses, request an official college transcript to be sent to the Registrar's Office at Fredonia.
