14th Annual Women, Rock & Soul
This year’s Women, Rock & Soul was held at The Hairy Lemon (above Muldoon’s) on November 12th from 9pm—2am.
Women, Rock & Soul is an event that provides students, faculty and members of the Fredonia community an opportunity to perform feminist and women-friendly spoken-word and music. Proceeds from the door ($3 over and under 21) and the silent auction will benefit the Jeanette McVicker Women’s Studies Scholarship Fund. It’s location, in a venue downtown, represents the need to make bars a safe space for women.
