Academic Advising Services
Academic Advising Services will be available to meet with students remotely by appointment and will offer Chat with an Advisor Monday-Friday from 9:00 am - 3:00 PM in Google Chat. For questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 716-673-3188.
Disabilities Support Services
The DSS testing room, for Students with Disabilities, will be at a reduced capacity (25%) and have reduced hours in order to meet social distancing guidelines. To this extent, it will not be feasible to handle testing on a synchronous basis with all classes. Faculty is being encouraged to incorporate testing in OnCourse.
If the use of the testing room cannot be avoided, students can make an appointment for testing by emailing email@example.com.

Tutoring will begin on Monday August 31st. All tutoring will be online and available on a drop-in basis via Zoom. For a complete schedule and instructions on how to access tutoring through Zoom, please visit our website at www.fredonia.edu/tutoring.
Tutoring Services is staffed by 38 peer tutors, representing most academic departments. These students come highly recommended by faculty and are provided with training to help support student learning. Please direct any questions to email@example.com.
Full Opportunity Program
Academic advising, success coaching/support and individual tutoring services will continue to be available for all FOP students fall semester. Meetings and appointments will be through Google Hangouts or Zoom.

Virtual “drop in” office hours will be available to students on a daily basis Monday-Friday.

The registrar's office is adapting its service model to assist with social distancing in and around the physical office while also creating options for remote service to students, faculty and staff.
The Office will be open to assist in person activity beginning on August 24. We will only be able to assist one person at a time and a social distance queue will be available outside the office.
The office will also be hosting a drop in Zoom room from 9am-4pm for assisting people in a remote environment. When this room is available, communication will go out to the campus community.
Of course the office is always available during regular business hours via phone at (716) 673-3171.
Many of the processes we help facilitate are moving to an online environment to prevent the need for students and faculty to engage face to face for written signatures. Some key items are Change of Major/Minor/Concentration, Course withdrawal and Grade Changes. These are all under development with the support of our IT staff. Once available, communication will be shared with the necessary parties.
