Commencement Dual Ceremonies
Saturday, May 16, 2009 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Steele Hall
SUNY Fredonia will host two ceremonies on Saturday, May 16, 2009. Due to the size of the graduating class and the safe and legal seating capacity of the Steele Hall arena, bachelors and master's degrees and advanced certificate graduates will be combined during these ceremonies.
Students:
Click on the 2009 Ceremonies link for information on when you will graduate, morning or afternoon, according to your academic major. For double majors, the ceremony you participate in will be according to your primary major - the one in which you will receive your degree.
You are eligible to participate in one of two ceremonies in the Steele Hall arena on Saturday, May 16, 2009 if you meet one of the following conditions:
- You completed or anticipate completing bachelor's/master's degree or advanced certificate requirements in January, May or August 2009.
- You completed degree or certificate requirements in August or December 2008 and did not participate in either of the May 2008 Commencement ceremonies.
