The Office also provides data based on a specific request via Fredquest. The requested data are to be released under the requirements outlined in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (20 U.S.C. ยง 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99). The data should not be shared with any third party other than those individuals or units associated with the original data request.
