TEACH Online Services Undergraduate and Graduate Waivers
Due to Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), SUNY Fredonia needs authorization to release information in order to submit a teacher certification recommendation to New York State for all teacher candidates in SUNY Fredonia undergraduate and graduate teacher certification programs. If this waiver is not completed and submitted to SUNY Fredonia, a recommendation for certification will not be made. Below you will find electronic copies of the undergraduate and graduate waiver.
