Boasting some of the finest performance venues in Western New York, the student-centered campus emphasizes the arts with its programs and facilities, and the world-class faculty dedicate themselves to helping students become excellent musicians whether they pursue careers in education, performance or composition, sound recording, music therapy or music business. The broad range of majors in the School of Music provides students with many opportunities to experiment, perform, create and grow in preparation for successful careers of their choice.

The Fredonia School of Music has successfully placed graduates in a variety of professional areas within the commercial and concert music industries. Our alumni are active as composers and performers throughout the United States and Europe as well as on the faculties of American universities. In addition, graduates have made a significant impact as music educators throughout the state of New York and beyond. We invite you explore our program offerings, visit our beautiful campus, attend our concerts, and contact us directly with any questions you may have to determine if Fredonia is right for you.
