Mission StatementTo provide a single point-of-contact for administrative, faculty, staff and students' telephone, face-to-face and Email requests for assistance relating to computer hardware and software installations and problems. Services also provided to retired faculty and staff.
ServicesCampus-wide assistance includes, but is not limited to, the installation, configuration, individualized instruction, troubleshooting and resolution of the following services:
- Campus supports both state-owned PCs and Macs, and related software, hardware and peripherals
- New state-owned computer system installations
- Hardware -- troubleshoot, maintain and repair/replace state-owned computer, printer and other peripheral hardware and components
- Software -- Microsoft Office
- Labs -- support equipment assist users in various labs
- Smart Classrooms -- support equipment and peripherals in nine classrooms
- Email -- supporting Netscape Messenger and Outlook Express
