Welcome to the FRED FIT website. The FRED FIT program initially started as a four day boot camp consisting of workshops and workouts geared towards improving health and fitness. Today, this program has evolved into a year round initiative to promote health and wellness activities to students, faculty and staff. It is through this website that you will be able to discover all that is available on campus and off to help you become a “healthier you”.
