I've been a faculty member at Fredonia since 1999. I work closely with the pre-health students as I serve as Chair of the Health Professions Advising Committee.
Teaching Interests
Microbiology, cell and molecular biology, history of health and medicine, ethics in health care, and healthcare in Latin America for Fredonia's J-term program in Honduras (https://sunyfredonia-horizons.symplicity.com/index.php?s=programs&mode=form&id=5a0e65ac2a9f42a9c5da0cfa63cc46b2).
Research Interests
Molecular microbiology with a focus on environmental and aquatic microbes.
Health care access in Honduras.
