Mrs. Hooper was hired as a Clinical Supervisor in 1997. She served as Clinic Director from 2008 -2013.

Currently, Mrs. Hooper provides supervision to graduate clinicians providing services for evaluation and treatment of communication disorders at the Youngerman Clinic. Her areas of interest include voice, stuttering, central auditory processing, literacy, dyslexia and aphasia. In addition she has taught Phonological Theory and Disorders at the graduate level, Clinical Methods, and Fundamentals of Speech-Language Pathology in Education at the undergraduate level.
