Food Truck Day, a welcomed campus springtime tradition, will return to the Jewett Hall parking lot on Thursday, May 11, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., rain or shine.

Students, faculty, staff and community members can satisfy their appetites at any of the following vendors: Best of Buffalo by Byron (beef on ʼweck sandwiches, chicken wings), Happy Camper (hot dogs, roast beef sandwiches), Over the Rainbow (deli and grill), Whiz Whip (Philly cheesesteak sandwiches) and Serving Up Smiles (ice cream).

Facilities Services will set up six picnic tables and hand sanitizers. Additional tables are located nearby in the Williams Center patio and Mason Hall.

A portion of Food Truck Day proceeds will be donated to the United Way. The State Employees Federated Appeal (SEFA) is sponsoring the event.

“We’re encouraging everyone to come by,” said Kellie Sacilowski, committee co-chair of SEFA, which is pinch-hitting for FSA as Food Truck Day sponsor.
