Five Fredonia employees have received the 2026 Finance and Administration Outstanding Administrative Service Awards.
The awards are given in recognition of exemplary service to the university. Collectively, the recipients represent all major departments within the Division of Finance and Administration and bring decades of service to the Fredonia campus.
Vice President of Finance and Administration Wayne Lynch said, “Congratulations to all of this year’s award recipients! Being recognized by your peers is a meaningful reflection of the impact you’ve made and the outstanding contributions you’ve given to this institution. This recognition is truly well deserved, and it’s wonderful to see your dedication and achievements celebrated."
Now in its 24th year, the Outstanding Administrative Service Awards recognize employees who demonstrate an outstanding service attitude; creativity and resourcefulness in improving services; a commitment to teamwork in their everyday actions; and a positive attitude when working with students, faculty and staff.
Award recipients include:
- Thomas Deike, Professional Trades, is a Trades Specialist Electrician. He began his career at Fredonia in 2014. Mr. Deike is a resident of Silver Creek, NY.
- Wayne Seabolt, Custodial Services, is a Maintenance Assistant. He began his career at Fredonia in 2002 as a cleaner and later promoted to Janitor in 2010. He was promoted to Maintenance Assistant in 2026. Mr. Seabolt is a resident of Angola, NY.
- Lynette Neallard, Faculty Student Association Operational Services, is an Assistant Service Worker at Willy C’s. She began her career with FSA in January 2009. Ms. Neallard is a resident of Dunkirk, NY.
- Kathleen Holland, Administrative Support, is a Payroll Examiner 1 in the Payroll Department. She began her career at Fredonia in 2019 as an Office Assistant 2 in Payroll and was promoted to Payroll Examiner 1 in 2026. Ms. Holland is a resident of Fredonia, NY.
- Eric Johnson, Professional Staff and Faculty Student Association (FSA), is the Director of Information Technology. He began his career at FSA in 2001 as a Systems Administrator and later promoted to Director of Information Technology. Mr. Johnson is a resident of Fredonia, NY.
