Cao selected as associate editor of two journals

Department of Geology and Environmental Sciences Assistant Professor Wentao Cao has been appointed an associate editor of the journals Lithosphere and Geochemistry.
The journal of Lithosphere, originally published by The Geological Society of America, was relaunched as an open access journal published by GeoScienceWorld in 2020. The journal covers research in all areas of earth, planetary and environmental sciences.
The journal of Geochemistry (formerly Chemie der Erde/Geochemistry) is one of the oldest journals for geochemistry-related topics, and publishes papers in a range of geochemistry topics (e.g. cosmochemistry, environmental geoscience, and igneous, metamorphic, and sedimentary petrology).
Dr. Cao will apply his expertise in metamorphic petrology, thermodynamic modeling and crustal melting to the editorial and reviewing process in both journals.
