Farny to perform with Schenectady Symphony Orchestra

Dr. Natasha Farny of the School of Music will perform Tchaikovsky’s Variations on a Rococo Theme, op. 33, his famous cello concerto, with the Schenectady Symphony on Sunday Jan. 26 at 3 p.m., with the Schenectady Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Glen Cortese.

The concert, in Proctors Theatre’s MainStage Theatre, will also include “Fancy Free: Three Dance Variations,” by Leonard Bernstein, and Symphony No. 4 in E minor, op. 96, by Johannes Brahms.
