During the spring semester, Dr. Leonidas Lagrimas of the School of Music has been busy with a number of virtual/remote presentation opportunities across the country.

First, he had the opportunity to give a series of remote guest lectures/workshops at some of the nation's top music schools. On Feb. 23, he presented a piano department lecture entitled "Mozart's Piano Sonatas: A (Re)Appreciation" at the University of Cincinnati-Conservatory of Music (CCM). This was followed by a virtual guest lecture on March 29 at the Eastman School of Music entitled "Lifelong Learning at the Keyboard: Exploring Pedagogical Approaches for Adult Students."

In addition, Dr. Lagrimas presented a digital research poster presentation at the Music Teachers National Association's (MTNA) 2021 Virtual Conference, entitled "Choral Music Educators and 'Real World' Piano Applications: A Collective Case Study." The virtual conference ran from March 13 to 17 and served as MTNA's annual national conference.
