Department of Communication Adjunct Lecturer Carl Lam joined an international team of communication educators in a panel discussion, "Teaching Podcasting: What Works, What Doesn't, and Lessons Learned," at the 2021 Virtual Broadcast Education Association Hybrid Conference held on April 15.

Panelists highlighted the challenges of teaching podcasting in an in-person and virtual setting and shared tips on how to successfully teach these types of courses to provide meaningful learning experiences for students.

Joining Mr. Lam on the panel were Texas Christian University Assistant Professor Melissa Tamplin Harrison, American University in Cairo Professor Kim Fox and University of Central Oklahoma Professor David Nelson.
