String orchestra arrangements by School of Music Associate Professor Richard S. Webb have been designated an "Editors’ Choice" by J. W. Pepper & Son, Inc.
The leading educational music retailer conferred the designation on two of Dr. Webb's arrangements of music by early 20th century Black American composers: James Reese Europe's "Castle Walk Rag" and W.C. Handy's "The Memphis Blues."
