We have been competing since the Fall 2024 semester with a new season every semester. We started with 48 student athletes competing in 7 different titles, and grew into 75 student athletes competing in 15 different titles. Fredonia is excelling in the Esports world. The goal is to have well over 200 students participating in over 20 different games. We compete in both the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) and the SUNY eSports League.
We do currently have an eSports Lounge that features 12 top of the line Lenovo Legion computers and a console area featuring a Nintendo Switch 2, PS5, and xBox. Many of our teams compete in this lounge now. We do have plans in the works to build a state of the art eSports Arena.
